I will be leaving for Yosemite National Park where I will be filming a climb to the top of Half Dome. The film will be shot using our Canon XL-2 and filmed in widescreen. I’m really looking forward to creating this mini-documentary. My second item of business in Yosemite will be to record various sound sources. These will include such sounds as the valley in the morning, various waterfalls in the park (such as Vernal Fall, Lower Yosemite Fall, and Bridalveil Fall), and the sounds of the Merced River.
